Why we started Hoverise
The problem
Running an entrepreneurship program used to mean coordinating a small team of coaches and tracking a handful of ventures. Today, universities, accelerators and government agencies run programs with hundreds of startups, dozens of coaches and multiple stakeholders demanding detailed impact reports.
But the software world has not caught up. Most programs still run on spreadsheets. Portfolio data lives in one tool. Coaching sessions are logged in another. Impact metrics end up scattered across emails and folders. Financial reports sit inside separate accounting systems. To understand how your program is performing, you have to jump between tools, reconcile numbers manually and piece the story together yourself.
For someone managing a program with limited resources, that overhead adds up quickly. You are not lacking information. You are lacking a system that keeps everything connected.
The idea
We did not want to build another portfolio tracker. We wanted to build a system where portfolio operations, founder coaching and impact reporting stay connected without you having to hold it together.
Hoverise keeps the moving parts of your program connected as things change, without you constantly checking dashboards or digging through reports. Ventures, founders, sessions, milestones and impact metrics should not live in silos. They should reinforce each other and reflect what is actually happening in your program.
Instead of pulling information out of the system, Hoverise pushes the right information to you. AI agents monitor your portfolio, flag what needs attention and generate reports on demand. This way you stay informed without living inside admin software.
Hoverise does not replace your team. It sits in between and keeps everything organized and ready so conversations are easier and decisions are based on up to date information.
